Hitech Induction — Gurugram manufacturer of industrial induction heating equipment since 2006. 5000+ installations across India.

Hitech Induction is a Gurugram-based manufacturer of industrial induction heating equipment, established in 2006. We design, build and support IGBT induction heating machines, billet heaters, hardening systems, brazing machines, forging heaters and annealing lines for customers across India and export markets.

Built for the production floor

We were founded to give manufacturers a reliable local source for modern solid-state induction equipment. Today we have more than 5,000 installations across automotive, forging, tool-making, electrical, railway and general engineering industries.

Every machine is designed and assembled in Gurugram. We control the inverter design, the matching transformer, the coil geometry and the mechanical scanner or feeder so the system works as a single unit on your line — not as a collection of bought-out parts. Our customers value clear communication, realistic delivery dates and long-term support after commissioning.

What we stand for

Application engineering — We start from your part, rate and duty cycle, not from a standard brochure model.
In-house coil design — Coils are calculated and built for the specific heating pattern your process needs. We also rebuild coils for existing machines.
Long-term support — Spare parts, AMC contracts and process assistance keep machines productive for years. Genuine components only.
1 year standard warranty on new machines, with extended cover available under AMC.

Our facility handles design, assembly, testing and dispatch. Power supplies are load-tested before they leave. Coils and mechanical assemblies are checked against the application drawing. Visitors are welcome by appointment — bring your part drawing and we can discuss a practical solution on site.

Where are you located?

Our works are in Daultabad Industrial Area, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, Haryana 122006.

Do you supply outside India?

We supply customers across India and export markets. Contact us with your location and requirement.

What details do you need to quote an induction heating machine?

Send the part drawing or sample, material, target temperature or case depth, production rate per hour, the heating zone, and your available power supply. We will propose power, frequency, coil and handling — usually within one working day.

Do you make custom coils?

Yes. Coils are designed for the specific heating pattern your part needs, and we also rebuild coils for existing machines.

What warranty do you offer?

New machines carry a 1 year standard warranty, with extended cover available through an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

Do the machines need water cooling?

Induction power supplies and coils are water cooled. We will advise the flow and chiller or cooling-tower arrangement that suits your shop when we send the proposal.
